You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Vezur AI. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All financial transactions on Vezur AI are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Vezur AI or any of its AI tools to generate, modify, or distribute content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or deceptive, including malicious deepfakes or misinformation.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks.
• Sexually explicit, hateful, or promoting violence.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without a refund.

6. Service Availability and Third-Party Dependencies

Vezur AI utilizes third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare for CDN and security, and various external AI APIs for content and data generation. While we strive for maximum uptime, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.

7. Disclaimer of AI-Generated Content

The multimedia assets, including videos, images, text, and audio, and data generated by Vezur AI are produced using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the generated outputs.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated assets before publishing or using them commercially. Vezur AI shall not be held liable for any damages, legal claims, or loss of revenue arising from the use of content generated across any of our platform's tools.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
