Overview

At Vezur AI, we strive to provide the best suite of AI-powered creative and marketing tools. However, we understand that our services may not be the perfect fit for everyone.

Refund Conditions

We offer a strict conditional refund policy. You are eligible for a full refund on your subscription or credit purchase only if both of the following conditions are met:

  • Time limit: Your refund request is submitted within 3 days, or 72 hours, of the original purchase time.
  • Usage limit: You have used less than 5% of the total credits allocated to your account from that specific purchase across any of our AI tools.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

You will not be eligible for a refund under any of the following circumstances:

  • More than 3 days have passed since the transaction date.
  • You have consumed 5% or more of your purchased credits.
  • Your account was terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, including generating illegal or prohibited content.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact our support team first to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Vezur AI account.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@vezur.ai with your account email and transaction ID. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
