• Payment information: When you make a purchase, your payment details are collected directly by Stripe. We only retain transaction histories and billing addresses; we do not store your credit card numbers.
• User input data: We collect the text prompts, scripts, images, audio files, and brand assets you upload to use our various AI tools.
• Usage data: IP addresses, browser types, and device information may be automatically collected via Cloudflare and our internal analytics to secure and improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our suite of AI generative tools and services.
• Process transactions and send billing notices.
• Prevent fraud and abuse on our platform.

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

To provide our core services, we must share specific data with trusted third-party sub-processors:

• Third-party AI APIs: Your text prompts and uploaded assets may be sent securely to our AI API partners to render final content such as video, image, or text. These partners are strictly prohibited from using your data to train their own public models.
• Infrastructure partners: We use Cloudflare for network security, CDN delivery, and DDoS protection, which may process your IP address.
• Payment processors: Stripe processes your billing information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and generated digital assets only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded assets will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to the specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your personal data. Vezur AI does not sell your personal information to third parties.
